  If you haven’t approved your estimate yet, please submit an inquiry through our online portal so we can get you set up properly.

• Secure your appointment with a retainer

  A $250 retainer is required to reserve your time on our calendar. This allows us to dedicate that time specifically to your project and keep everything running smoothly.

  Your retainer is applied toward your final invoice, so it’s not an additional cost. Because we reserve that time just for you, it is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or missed appointment.

• Scheduling & timing

  All appointments are reviewed to ensure we’re allocating the right amount of time for your project. In rare cases, slight adjustments may be needed, and we’ll communicate with you right away if so.

• Best time selection

  For the most efficient service, please select the 8:00 AM slot or the earliest available time on your chosen day.
